Terms and Conditions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means For Saint Clements. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.
Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method when you place your order.
We use Wix secure payment gateways; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address and contact number which is necessary in order for us to ship your order to you. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Your items will be dispatched as soon as your items have been made (processing time 1-3 weeks dependent on item). We use Royal and Mail DPD for all shipping. An email will be sent you when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number to follow your orders journey to you.
Average delivery time after dispatch:
UK customers - 1– 3 working days
European customers - 2 – 5 working days (There are currently Brexit delays.)
Rest of World customers - 3 – 7 working days (Maybe be extended with customs.)
You are responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes payable for your order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. We sadly have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Please track your order using the tracking number provided upon dispatch and contact your local customs office if necessary. We are not responsible for your order once it has been dispatched.
Cancellations or returns
We are unable to accept refunds at this time, unless there has been a mistake made with your order. If you have a problem with your item, please do not hesitate to message us.
Please get in touch with us via email in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged. Claims for breakages and damage to your order during transit must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your items, with photographic evidence. We are not responsible for damage to your item from misuse or an accident on your part.
If it can be proven the an order was not delivered or arrived damaged, a refund will be granted at our discretion.
We reserve the right to alter specifications of our products, according to availability of materials and variability of creative work. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
